No! Although all applications within My Club Business work together, we designed the software suite so it can benefit any type of club or gym, big or small. It’s simple–only buy what your club will use!

Owners who sell club merchandise, personal training, group class packages or any extra health club perks can benefit from Point of Sale and Inventory Management. We advise those especially who have large quantities of inventory to use Point of Sale and Inventory Management as tracking and organizational tools. Both applications can be accessed on multiple devices, including touch screens like iPads and tablets, which makes tracking inventory an easier experience.

Point of Sale helps manage member payments only if your member is purchasing items, add-ons, training and/or class bundles that aren’t already included in their membership. Point of Sale is strictly for club merchandise and inventory only. Basic membership dues go through our PCI compliant payment processor that is separate from Point of Sale.
