What lives in Settings #

The Settings sub-section is where you configure Member Management for your club: branding, who can sign in, what they can do, and the preset values that members and staff see throughout the application. Most settings live inside Client Preferences (Settings > Client Preferences from the My Apps page); a smaller set lives directly under Settings (User Settings, Role Settings, Setup My ASF).

You want to change how your club looks or who receives club email

You are setting up staff access

You are configuring values members and staff pick from

You are configuring scheduling or multi-club behavior

  • How far ahead members can book or cancel classes: Schedule ahead.
  • Switching between reciprocal clubs without signing out: Club switcher.

You are selling memberships before the club opens

  • Display "TBD" on contracts and online enrollment until the club opens: Pre-sale mode.
