What the club switcher does #
For clients operating multiple clubs with ASF that share downloaded data (reciprocal clubs), the club switcher lets you move between each club's information without signing out of My Club Business and signing back in with a different Club ID.
Users need the General Permission Can Access Club Switcher to use this feature.
Using the club switcher #
- Sign into My Club Business for one of the shared-data clubs.
- Click on the Club ID in the upper right corner.
- Click the down-arrow to expose the picklist of shared-data clubs and select the desired club ID to switch to.
- The Alternate Color displays in a strip under the header and around the Club ID as a visual reminder that you signed into one club but are working in another.
Note: Alternate color configuration is discussed in the Client Preferences article.
Member Profile Panel #
The Member Profile Panel lets you quickly navigate and manage member information. Open it by searching for a member in the Quick Member Search.
What the panel shows
- Basic member information: name, member photo, account number, phone number, email address, and account status. The photo is editable via the Edit option.
- Card code (offer code) of the member's current membership.
- Account Alert (bell icon) - add alerts that prompt members to speak with a club representative during Online Check-In.
- Past Due Balance note that links to MyPOS for payment processing.
Quick action buttons
- Account - opens the member's account in Member Management.
- Scheduler - accesses My Scheduler functions including scheduled events, notes, purchased sessions, and PIN adjustments.
- MyPOS - opens transaction history, add-ons, and membership dues payments.
- Replace - completely overrides and replaces the member's contract when financial information is incorrect (dues payment, number of payments, or note amount).
- Note: Replacing a contract will cancel out the current contract and create a new contract with new payment terms. ASF will stop collecting on the current payment terms and start collecting the new payment terms immediately.
- Renew - begins the renewal process, extending the original contract.
- Note: Renewing a contract is extending the original contract. If the original contract is not paid in full, ASF will attempt to satisfy the original contract before drafting a payment on the renewal.
- Belt Tracker - visible only for clients with Belt Tracker; opens Belt Tracker-specific functions for enrolled members.
Where to go next #
