Accessing Scheduler reports #
Scheduler reports are available from the main dashboard. Navigate to Reports and select Scheduler Reports to see all available reports. Each report covers a distinct aspect of scheduler activity and can be filtered by date range.
Session Liability #
The Session Liability report compares used sessions against available sessions across your membership. For each member with a purchased session package, it shows:
- Total sessions purchased.
- Sessions used.
- Sessions adjusted (manual corrections).
- Sessions remaining.
The report includes active members, prospects, and cardholders. Use it to understand your overall session obligation and identify members with expiring balances.
Active Member Attendance #
The Active Member Attendance report tracks how often members attend events across a specified date range. It includes personal training participation alongside group class attendance, giving a complete picture of member engagement. Use it to identify highly active members or those who have not attended recently.
Event Detail #
The Event Detail report provides a comprehensive record of scheduled events. For each event it shows attendance numbers, trainer information, and cancellation data. This report is useful for identifying which classes have strong or declining attendance and spotting patterns that inform scheduling decisions.
Member Detail #
The Member Detail report shows individual members' class attendance history alongside their contact information. This makes it easy to reach out to members based on their participation, for example to follow up with members who have attended a particular series or who have recently stopped attending.
Trainer Commission Detail #
The Trainer Commission Detail report calculates trainer pay based on the commission structures configured for each trainer. Three commission methods are supported:
- Percentage: a percentage of session revenue per member checked in.
- Fixed Per Member: a set dollar amount for each member checked in.
- Flat Rate: a fixed amount per event. By default, flat-rate commissions only appear when at least one member was checked in. This behavior can be changed in Client Preferences. See Trainer commissions for details.
Zero Availability #
The Zero Availability report identifies members who previously purchased session packages but currently have no sessions remaining. Use it to prompt outreach for session renewals before a lapse in service occurs.
Where to go next #
- To configure the commissions that drive the Trainer Commission Detail report, see Trainer commissions.
- To understand how sessions are purchased and tracked, see Sessions and POS integration.
