What lead capture does #

The Online Join Lead URL allows prospective members to begin the membership sign-up process remotely. If they do not complete sign-up, their contact information is automatically saved as a prospect record in the system. This is the recommended Online Join link for most clubs.

The system tracks which offer the visitor selected before abandoning the process and stores this as an "Abandoned Offer" attribute on the prospect account, enabling targeted follow-up.

Accessing the lead capture URL #

The Online Join Lead URL is found in the Offer Builder menu from the My Apps page. Copy the URL and embed it on your club website or share it through social media and marketing channels.

The sign-up process for prospective members #

A visitor who accesses the Lead Capture URL follows these steps:

  1. Enter contact details: name, phone number, and email address.
  2. Confirm communication preferences.
  3. Select from available offer groups and choose a specific payment term.
  4. Choose optional add-ons or session items if applicable.
  5. Complete the full information form.
  6. Review the entered data.
  7. Provide payment method details.
  8. Sign the contract to finalize enrollment.

If the visitor exits at any point after step 1, their name, phone, and email are saved as a prospect record. The abandoned offer selection is also recorded if one was made.

For clubs integrated with the system, the captured information is also shared to create a lead record for staff follow-up.

Adding a marketing source to the URL #

You can track which marketing channel drove a sign-up by appending a marketing source parameter to the Lead Capture URL. Add ?marketingSource=YourValue to the end of the URL. No spaces are allowed in the value; use letters, numbers, or hyphens.

Example:

https://www.mymemberaccount.com/member-enrollment/CLUB_ID/lead?marketingSource=GoogleJoinAd

The marketing source value is stored with the prospect or member record and appears in reports, allowing you to measure the effectiveness of each channel.
