Using the Member Account app

This guide walks you through the four screens you will use most in the Member Account app: the home screen, the class schedule, your account details, and your profile. Wherever a club setting is mentioned, your club controls it; if something is missing or looks wrong, contact your club directly.

The home screen #

When you open the app, the home screen shows your club's name or logo, your Client ID, your club's color scheme, and every event scheduled for that day. To return to this screen from anywhere else in the app, tap the Home icon at the bottom left.

If your club has posted a member message (for example, a holiday closure or a promotion), it will appear here on first sign-in.

Browse and book classes #

Tap the Calendar icon to open the class schedule. You will see a calendar tile for picking a date and category tiles for the kinds of classes your club offers.

  1. Tap a category tile to see the classes inside it.
  2. Tap the day you want to attend, or accept today's date.
  3. Tap the class you want to book and follow the prompts to sign up.

How far ahead you can book depends on your club's reservation window. The default is 7 days, but your club can change it.

Two kinds of classes behave differently when you book:

  • Non-deducting classes let you sign up directly. No session is consumed.
  • Deducting classes consume a session from one of your buckets. If you have a session available, you can reserve your spot. If you do not, the app will prompt you to Purchase Session. Purchasing a session in-app requires a card on file.

Personal Training appointments pull from your club's POS and scheduler, so what you see in the app matches what your club has on the books.

Scan your barcode at the facility #

Your Member Account app includes a digital barcode that replaces the physical membership card. To scan in:

  1. Tap the account icon in the upper right corner of any screen.
  2. Open the My Account screen.
  3. Hold your phone's screen up to the scanner at your club's entry, just like you would with a physical card.

The My Account screen also shows:

  • Your club's contact information.
  • Reciprocal clubs you have access to.
  • Family-member barcodes (if your membership covers other people on your account).
  • Your history of purchased sessions.

View your upcoming and past events #

Tap the icons in the upper right corner of the home screen to see your upcoming bookings and your past activity. From here you can confirm a reservation or review what you attended last week.

Set your profile picture #

To add or update your profile photo:

  1. Open the My Account screen.
  2. Tap the Camera icon.
  3. Take a selfie or select a photo from your device.
  4. Crop the image and save it.

Get help with the app #
