> ASF Payment Solutions is gym billing and member management software for gyms, fitness clubs, martial arts schools, and MMA studios. ## What ASF does

ASF runs the full operating stack for a fitness business on one platform: recurring billing, member sign-up and management, class and trainer scheduling, point-of-sale and inventory, a branded member mobile app, analytics, employee timeclock, and multi-location reporting. The billing engine uses smart retry logic (optimal timing plus multiple attempts across the billing cycle) and member self-service for card updates, producing a **95% billing collection rate** across the client base.

Data migration from any existing platform (Mindbody, ABC Fitness, Glofox, Zen Planner, MINDBODY, Club Automation, others) is handled by a dedicated migration specialist who imports member profiles, billing history, agreements, and scheduled payments.

Support is industry-specific, Monday to Friday 9am–6pm ET, with urgent and after-hours monitoring. The team specializes in fitness billing (memberships, cancellations, freezes, chargebacks, revenue protection), not generic processing.
